How do I know my order is placed on

As we receive the payment you will receive an email with an e-invoice of your order in 24 hours. In the rare instance, any of the items you have ordered are not available; we will contact you by email and will only charge you for the value of the items in stock.

I purchased an item, but did not receive an email confirmation. What do I do?

Please write to us on or call on 9725352767 if you don’t receive the mail in 24hrs.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is ready to be shipped (in most cases; 26th day from date of purchase), you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier merchant web link to track the order. In case of any unexpected delay in delivery our team will update you.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

In most cases, the orders are made post the order placement (even the standard S,M,L size); in this case the delivery timeline will vary between 26-30 days. In case of orders that are ready, you can expect to receive it in 10days from the date of purchase.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display the color as accurately as possible to the original product. However as the display of computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary we cannot take a guarantee. There may be a slight difference in color between what you see on site and order piece.

Can I have alternative shipping address?

Yes. You can have up to two shipping address saved. However, will deliver your package to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We don’t re-route any packages and don’t offer the service of pick up at a particular location.

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders above 5000 INR in India. All our product prices are inclusive of taxes.

Size & Services

Does customize any order?

Yes. We make made-to-measure pieces at no extra cost. Charges maybe applicable if there are changes in styling (sleeve length, dress length, neck style). In addition, we charge between 10-20% of MRP as sizing cost for XL-XXL orders as per the specification of designers.

How do you take measurements for custom made pieces?

When you purchase a custom made piece with us, our stylist gets in touch with you in 24 hours and takes you through the measurement taking process using a guide. Alternatively you can ask a master/tailor near by to help you with the same.

What size am I?

All our products are sold as per international size guides. To understand your size, click on “view size guide” link, which you will find on every product page. As sizes can vary designer to designer, in some cases we have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. If incase you need further assistance, simply call our team or write us an email on for advice.

Does alter the pieces if the fitting isn’t right?

Yes. You can reach us on email/call or whatsapp the image of the fitting on 9725352767. Our team will get in touch to discuss the changes. This service is available for 30 days from the date of delivery of the product to the client.

Who bears the cost of courier in case of alterations?

Customer has to bear the cost of courier while sending the garment for alteration to Address of shipping will be shared post the intimation mail/call of alteration from customer.

Do you return products/garments if I change my mind?

No. We don't accept return for custom made pieces, or standard sizes garments as in most case designers make the piece afresh specially for you. Returning/ exchanging the pieces incur loss to the designer and company.


We accept returns only if the designer or the company is at fault while processing the order.

I mistakenly shared the wrong measurements for a made to order piece, what should I do?

In case you shared wrong measurements for a custom made piece, call us on 9725352767 immediately. We will check to see if the designer’s team has processed the order. In case it’s processed, we will help you get the desired fitting as per the feasibility. Otherwise we will process order as per the updated measurements shared with us.

Are you confused about which product to pick up?

Don’t worry! Our compare feature will come to your rescue. You can compare up to four products simultaneously and see product related details side-by-side.

Oops! I accidentally purchased an item. What should I do?

You can cancel the order within 24hrs from order placement. The order amount will reflect as store credit and will be adjusted against future purchase.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, drop us an email on to show your interest and will intimate as soon as it’s available for order.

How do I make payments for items listed on

Customers can make their purchase by using Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express credit/debit cards. We also provide the facility to pay through Net Banking and Paytm wallet.

Is COD available?

No, currently COD option is not available. As each and every product is bespoke in nature we request full payment to confirm orders.

How do I remove saved card details?

To remove previously saved card details during your next purchase, ‘Unselect’ the option ‘Remember my payment details’ on the payment page.
